Does it replace our existing tools?

No. Automatriq connects to what your team already uses — Gmail, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, your CRM. Nothing new to learn, no migration required. Your team keeps working the same way; the platform handles everything in the background.

How long does onboarding take?

Most teams are live within 1–2 business days: connect Gmail, upload your product catalog, configure team roles. No developer required. We guide you through every step during onboarding.

What channels are supported?

Currently: Gmail, Web Chat, WhatsApp, CSV / Google Sheets, and CRM. All channels feed into the same AI triage engine — no siloed inboxes, no missed messages regardless of where the inquiry came from.

Do we need a developer to set it up?

No developer required. Gmail is an OAuth click. Catalog upload is a CSV or Google Sheet. Workflows are pre-configured for wholesale and distribution out of the box. Everything is managed from your /ops portal.

Can the AI send replies without human review?
